Wow, what a difference a high tunnel makes. This was our first season with a high tunnel and it sure is a blessing to have one. We were able to get an early start with plantings of spinach, lettuce, arugula , greenbeans, eggplants , peppers and tomatoes. We put drip tape irrigation in our high tunnel. High tunnels are great season extenders we look forward to growing straight through winter into spring. All season production is our goal. Fresh home grown organic produce in every season. This is a look inside at the lush
growth. There are black cherry tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, habanero peppers, green bell peppers,  heirloom slicing tomatoes and greenbeans all  organically grown. Delicious fresh food!

Habanero peppers are a super hot pepper with tremendous yields. They will keeps insects away!  Hot peppers are a great crop, high yields, minimal growing problems and they bring a good price.
