We are able to take our farm raised products and cook and serve them to large audiences. We love taking our unit to food festivals where we can showcase our all natural gourmet goat products. It has been said that if
you build it they will come! In the last six years we have catered for two meat goat conventions, vended at the Virginia State Fair , vended at Virgina State University field days and attended several festivals and fairs each year. Our concession trailer is a great way to bring the goat to the folks. So who eats it? Well , we find that everyone who eats meat and has teeth will eat it. Once they try ours its a done deal! I am willing to bet you will like it too, we always give free samples so when you see us just ask for your sample and try goat.
Its great fun to have a crowd of curious foodies lining up to eat your food, especially when they tell over and over again...no kidding here folks...
